          2. Offer and prices

          We display products, prices and information as carefully as possible. Obvious mistakes or errors do not bind KledingBaai. Prices are shown in Euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

          3. Order and payment

          An order is placed after you have completed the ordering process and the payment has been authorized. If an item appears unavailable, we will contact you for an alternative or refund.

          4. Delivery

          We deliver according to our shipping policy. Always check your address details. Delays at the carrier do not automatically entitle you to compensation, but we will of course help you solve delivery problems.

          5. Withdrawal, return and refund

          The legal right of withdrawal applies to online purchases. In addition, KledingBaai offers a return period of 30 days after delivery, as described in our returns policy.
