          The processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time.

          Estimated delivery time

          The average delivery time is usually 5 to 12 working days after shipment.

          The final delivery time may depend on:

          • the country and delivery address;
          • the chosen shipping method;
          • the carrier;
          • customs checks;
          • public holidays and temporary logistics congestion.

          The indicated delivery time is an estimate and cannot be considered a guaranteed delivery date.

          VIP shipping

          VIP shipping costs €9.90 and offers faster or priority processing and shipping, where this service is available.

          Exact expected delivery time and VIP shipping availability will be displayed during checkout.

          Maximum delivery time

          We do our best to deliver your order within the specified period. If delivery is not possible within 30 days, we will contact you.

          You can then choose:

          • a new delivery term; or
          • cancellation of the order with refund of the amount paid.

          Customs and import fees

          For orders delivered outside the European Union, local customs, duties, taxes or other charges may apply.

          Any import duties and local taxes not included during checkout are the responsibility of the recipient. KledingBaai has no control over the amount of these costs.

          Customs checks may also cause delays.

          Address details

          Check your name, delivery address, zip code, house number and contact details carefully before completing the order.

          If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details, delays or additional shipping costs may occur.

          Please contact us as soon as possible if you discover an error in the delivery address after ordering. After an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot always guarantee an address change.

          Track & trace

          If tracking is available, you will receive a track & trace link by email after shipment.

          It may take some time after receiving the shipping confirmation for the carrier to update the tracking information.

          Package not received

          Is your package listed as delivered according to the tracking, but you have not received anything? Then first check:

          • with housemates or family members;
          • with your immediate neighbors;
          • around the entrance or a safe drop-off point;
          • at a local collection point;
          • whether the carrier left additional delivery information.

          Still can't find the package afterward? Please contact us at help@kledingbaai.com so that we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.

          Failed delivery or return to sender

          If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failure to collect it on time at a collection point or repeated missed delivery attempts, the package can be returned to us.

          In that case, any costs for reshipment may be charged to the customer.
