Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op iedere bestelling via KledingBaai. Door een bestelling te plaatsen ga je akkoord met deze voorwaarden.

1. Klantenservice

Voor vragen over bestellingen, levering, retouren of klachten kun je contact opnemen via help@zz-customerservice.info. Wij streven ernaar om binnen 2 werkdagen te reageren.

2. Aanbod en prijzen

Wij tonen producten, prijzen en informatie zo zorgvuldig mogelijk. Kennelijke vergissingen of fouten binden KledingBaai niet. Prijzen worden weergegeven in euro's en zijn inclusief toepasselijke belastingen, tenzij anders vermeld.

3. Bestelling en betaling

Een bestelling komt tot stand nadat je het bestelproces hebt afgerond en de betaling is geautoriseerd. Als een artikel niet beschikbaar blijkt, nemen wij contact met je op voor een alternatief of terugbetaling.

4. Levering

Wij leveren volgens ons verzendbeleid. Controleer altijd je adresgegevens. Vertraging bij de vervoerder geeft niet automatisch recht op schadevergoeding, maar wij helpen je uiteraard bij het oplossen van leveringsproblemen.

5. Herroeping, retour en terugbetaling

Voor online aankopen geldt het wettelijke herroepingsrecht. Daarnaast biedt KledingBaai een retourtermijn van 30 dagen na levering, zoals beschreven in ons retourbeleid.

6. Wettelijke garantie

Je hebt recht op een product dat voldoet aan wat je redelijkerwijs van het product mag verwachten. Is een artikel defect of verkeerd geleverd, neem dan contact met ons op. Afhankelijk van de situatie bieden wij reparatie, vervanging of terugbetaling.

7. Klachten

Heb je een klacht? Stuur een duidelijke omschrijving, je ordernummer en eventuele foto's naar help@zz-customerservice.info. Wij behandelen klachten zorgvuldig en zoeken naar een redelijke oplossing.

8. Aansprakelijkheid

KledingBaai is niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte schade, gevolgschade of schade door verkeerd gebruik van producten, voor zover wettelijk toegestaan. Deze beperking geldt niet bij opzet, grove nalatigheid of rechten die consumenten wettelijk hebben.
